If you’ve ever applied a Static Cling window protector to your sandblaster and found it gives kind of a fog-lens effect that blurs your view, don’t worry — there’s a solution. Try a wet application!

Take a spray bottle with water or blue glass cleaner and spray the inside of the protector, and then apply it to the window. Use a credit card or similar object to sweep bubbles out from under the shield protector. Repeat until all bubbles and excess moisture are gone.

Let it sit for 24 hours for the remaining liquid to evaporate. The result is a crystal clear view.
