Return & Refund Policy

Online Returns

Thank you for shopping with Vaniman! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return. This excludes “consumable” products which are covered below in our “Consumables” policy.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in new condition. Your return MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA) which you can get by contacting us directly by email at service@vaniman.com or by phone at 1-800-826-4626.

All Vaniman approved returns are inspected by our Engineers. If the product evaluation finds the product to be in a suitable new condition you will be given a refund less a restocking fee of up to 20%.

All returns that qualify for a refund will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method after receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order not refundable.

The cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund. A memo will be issued to you via email referencing your original order notifying you of your return and refund status.

The RA number must appear on the outside of the packaging and referenced on all paperwork accompanying the product. Please note Vaniman is not responsible for goods that are damaged during return transit to our facility.

Consumable Return/Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of consumables, all abrasive sandblasting media, disinfecting sprays, hand sanitizer, face shields, and KN95 Face Masks or other PPE products are non-returnable and not subject to our standard Return Policy.

All sales are final and orders are not cancelable.
