Not just because it’s another gorgeous Monday morning with pleasant weather and sunny skies, but because it’s the first Monday of an exciting new year.
This is one of our favorite times of the year — a time to reflect, but also a time for optimism and hope for the future ahead. One strong year ends, the fresh new one sits poised for greatness, if only we have the guts to make it happen!
So — what are WE looking forward to in 2026?
- Winter Olympics! Curling, bobsledding, ski jump, hockey, figure skating…everything you’ve loved for generations, and even more to fall in love with for the first time.
- Baseball! Say what you want about the Angels, the emotional roller coaster is a consistently thrilling ride. Such drama! So many tears! (Editorial note: Vaniman, as a company, does not endorse any one ball team over another. This blog was written by a fool who cannot help himself.)
- Trade shows! We’ll see you out there in the real world, starting with LAB DAY Chicago in February. And yes, there will be kazoos.
- Lots more sandblasting!
